Acts to acts

Recently I have been reading the book of Acts. This book has made me rethink what it is to be a Christian. I see so many people, especially in America, that are just lukewarm. I see christians that dress immodestly in church. I hear christians making jokes that God would not ever laugh at (I am guilty of this for sure). I see christians disobeying their parents and rebelling against the authorities. I see christians hanging on to hurt and pain instead of forgiving the people that caused that pain. I see christians who never talk about God to their friends. There are so many things I see that are wrong with the way we are living. My prayer is simply that the Church of Christ will be people who strive for holiness and be people blameless before the King. I pray that we will be Christians that are willing to die for what we believe in. God thank you for being God. I love you!
